WHAT ARE THE FEES FOR SERVICES PROVIDED?.

All fees are based on 2013 recommended rates by the Australian Psychological Society.
Fees vary depending on length and type of consultation.

WHAT IS THE MEDICARE REBATE?

The Medicare rebate is an Australian Government initiative started in 2007 to ensure people have better access to health care. The Medicare rebate is available for 5 to 10 sessions and may cover all or part of your consultation, depending on your status in the medicare safety net scheme.
Individuals seeking a Medicare rebate must have a referral from a GP;
Typically, 10 sessions covered by Medicare are available per calendar year, however you must have a review of progress by your GP after 5 sessions.

WHAT ABOUT PRIVATE HEALTH COVER?

Several private health care funds provide cover for the GAP payment between the Medicare Rebate and cost of sessions. Please check with your health care provider to find out if you have this type of coverage.

WHAT PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?

Payments are accepted by cash, ETPOS, Visa, or MasterCard
Full payment must be made at the time of consultation.
Cancellation fees may apply for appointments without 24 hours notice.
